Project Management

1. Fully responsible for project management on the aspects of project scope, timing, and cost

2. Clarify the project scope (delivery scope and technical standard) before project executive

3. Project timing plan with TRM and each department

4. Tracking the time schedule, support and push each department to catch the time plan

5. Cooperate with CPM and sales on customer order project management

6. If any delay, analyze and find solutions together with each department to meet project delivery requirement

7. Project cost/budget analyze and regularly report

8. Order change management

9. Coordinate the complaints in the project

10. Coordinate IC-business with sales coordinator, TRM, CPM to make sure on time delivery of modules from KAG

11. Lessons learned after the project closing

QUALIFICATIONS：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. At least 3 years’ experience in project management, engineering experience is preferred

3. Good communication skill

4. Experience in non-standard automation industry or automatic machinery

5. Fluent in English both writing and speaking, German is a plus

6. Be familiar with SAP
