1. SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Suzano Asia Corporate Communications Specialist role is a full-time position focused on executing communications strategies aligned with business objectives. The candidate will manage digital platforms, oversee visual identity (VI) guidelines, support sustainability storytelling, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. With 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, the ideal candidate will bring strong writing, project management, and digital skills to enhance the company’s reputation and engagement across Asia.
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and other channels.
* Oversee the implementation of visual identity (VI) guidelines across all branding and promotional materials.
* Support sustainability storytelling and ESG reporting efforts.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of communications initiatives.
* Support key corporate comms campaigns and initiatives to increase Suzano’s brand awareness, such as Key events such as CIIE
3.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications.
* Fluent oral and written English is a must.
* Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
* Proficiency in managing social media and digital platforms(e.g., WeChat).
* Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
