Product Engineer

Responsible for the new products(Hydraulic pump) and new technical develpment.

Reponsible for improving the products performance.

Working together with Global team, techinical support the product sales in global.

Working together with local team, provide technical support for trouble shooting and 8D reports.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

* Responsible for the new product development, including product analysis, design, calculation and product test verification.

* Responsible for the product performance improvement.

* Responsible for the electricl control system capability buliding, especially focus on application technology of pump.

* Provide the technical support for product sales in global.

* Provide the technical support for trouble shooting and 8D reports.

* Provide the technical support for product cost down/localization.  

* Good communicate with global engineering team members.

* Good communicate with local team, including other departments to sovle the problems.

* Well down to completed the assigned tasks.

* Willing to accept and challenge new work.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required.

* 3+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research.

* Hydraulic / Mechatronic Design Knowledge.

* Engineering & Technical Skills.

* Product Development Process and Tools.

* Product Functionality and Features.

* Application & System knowledge / Experience.

* Material and Processes.

* Test Requirements and Validation.
