2. Deploy Quality Fundamental for new production line conduct routine audit to make sure it's effectiveness.

3.Perform production line’s qualification before pilot run,and drive relevant function for NC closure.

4.Coodtinate relevant team to follow line quality issue and push for quick action, ensure to ship good quality product to end user.

5.Take responsibility for managing comstomer complaint, coordinate relevant team to close customer complaint in time.

6.Take charge of mapping out the quality acceptable standards.

7. Develop Quality inspector for daily quality inspection.

8.Conducted internal audit, cell audit and ESD audit, make sure the production line can be run smoothly.

9.Lead continuous improvement project to meet customer satisfaction.

1.Bachelor’s degree ,major of Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering

2.Over 3 years experience in similar role.

3.Strong analytical and problem solving skills

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong Teamwork skills

5. Familiarity and commitment to concurrent engineering, ISO9000 or IATF16949, total quality management, and manufacturing operations

6. Experienced in quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA,SPC, 8D and etc, Six Sigma Green Belt or above is preferred
