P & I Engineer- 防腐保温工程师

-Provides functional oversight of coating and insulation work processes and acts as project assigned "subject matter expert" providing technical directions to contractor

- Assure consistency of work process across the multiple areas. Resolves any multi-Area technical or programmatic issues interfacing with project groups as appropriate

- Review Field Changes and deficiency reports for trends and common problems/issues

- Act as "single point of contact" for Client technical personnel related to project wide coating and insulation issues

- Prepare or review and deliver coating and insulation related training courses and material

- Participate in bid evaluation for subcontracts containing coating and insulation scope

- Coordinates approval of any supplier submittals to Construction

- Provide problem resolution and inspection of field installations that are common across multiple areas

- Work with the material suppliers to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.

- Prepare permanent plant material requisitions, coordinate and review vendor drawings, as required

- Perform inspections and audits of on-going coating and work activities

- Reviews force reports, equipment utilization, material usage reports

Requirements:

-Candidate shall demonstrate a through working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of coating applications and methods and recognized industry standards.

-Candidates shall have recognized qualification with minimum 5 years relevant work experience
