测试工程师（Analog）

1) Take charge of the new Analog product program develop, debug, release and ensure the robust high volume product testing

负责模拟器件新产品测试程序的开发、调试、验证，并确保量产品测试稳健性。

2) Work with product engineer to design testing hardware & software on related testing platform

配合产品工程师在对应测试平台上设计测试软硬件

3) Work with worldwide PTE team to continuously improve product efficiency, yield and reduce cost

配合产品测试研发部门持续提升产品良率、改善测试效率并降低成本

4) Support factory testing team for continuous improvement on yield, stability, UPH, cost and issue troubleshooting

支持工厂测试团队持续提升测试良率、速度、稳定性和成本控制，协助处理测试问题

5) Line process optimization and improvement, new document/program follow up & update in system

产线新工艺的优化，新文件和新程序的跟进和受控

职位要求：

- University graduate in Electrical engineering / Semiconductor device physical.

电子或半导体相关专业本科学历。

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in semiconductor industry related.

至少三年半导体行业相关工作经验(芯片测试和封装成品测试)

- Family with testing platform of Teradyne (ETS88), AccoTEST (STS8200) or Advantest (EVA100).

熟悉Teradyne (ETS88), AccoTEST (STS8200) 或 Advantest (EVA100)等测试平台.

- Proven knowledge of electronic circuits and IC product engineering knowledge required.

熟悉模拟、数字芯片电路及产品知识.

- Good project management and communication skill.

良好的项目管理和沟通能力.

- Knowledge of analog IC manufacturing process and physics of semiconductor are a plus.

熟悉半导体工艺流程及半导体物理者优先
