Product Manager/产品经理

1. Support Global Governance activities of global product management.

2. Provide high-level direction and guidance on technology development efforts. Create objectives and assist in the development of epics for each release cycle.

3. Responsible for the product lifecycle from the birth of idea through ordering product development until phase out, while project management activities for the product development projects in QG2-QG6 is excluded, as dedicated project manager is responsible for that area.

4. Work closely with engineering and project management teams to manage the product development cycle and execute on the roadmap.

5. Responsible for collecting ideas of product changes from different sources.

6. Responsible for driving change management processes relevant to the products.

7. Responsible for analysis of market competitors and latest technology trend in railway industry.

8. Does clause by clause commenting on OE projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s University degree or above, major in electronic engineering, automation, computer science or equivalent.

2. At least 5 years working experience in product management.

3. Shall have analytical thinking ability and good observation skills.

4. Shall have overall hardware/software understanding and perspective including understanding the application environment.

5. Mapping and understanding complex competitive, partner, and customer ecosystems.

6. Experience with various analytics tools, and business intelligence tools.

7. Shall understand the requirements of62EN 50126 and EN 50128 and EN

50129.
