GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Collect and review invoices, billings and other supporting from countries and verify it’s validity before booking for both Direct & Indirect purchase.

·Communicate with relevant process owner in countries on related process specific problems.

·I/C reconciliation at month end.

·2Responsible for AP related accounts monthly reconciliation

·Participate and at times lead projects for process optimization and system enhancement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor/College degree in accounting or related major.

·Good English in both writing and speaking,

·Proficiency with MS office, especially excel.

·Above 3 years AP working experience with manufacture sites is preferred.

·SAP experience is preferred.

·Strong responsibility, team-work spirit and quick-learner

·Strong capability to work under pressure, and be sufficient detail and careful

·Strong communication skills

·OT during the month end close period
