* 对接服务和销售处理质量问题

* 跟踪内部对客户反馈质量问题的改善情况

* 月度和年度质量问题的汇总分析

角色 目的:

* 做为运营对接销售和服务的窗口部门

* 积极快速解决客户端问题，提升顾客满意度

最低要求:

* 本科学历

* 5年以上客户端质量工作经验

* 良好的沟通能力
