GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES（主要工作职责）:
•Responsible for procurement process optimization and PO transactions management for all kinds of commodities including direct materials, MRO, indirect service, packaging, tooling, capex investment and etc.
•Lead purchasing team at Langfang plant.
•Coach subordinates and other internal customers to understand and implement the purchasing process and fulfill standard policy.
•Coordinate with departments and support the inventory turns improvement for purchasing materials.
•Support cost reduction opportunities for each commodity or any value creation idea for the purpose of total cost reduction.
•Supplier capacity review and routine delivery performance evaluation.
•Create and maintain a mutual benefit relationship with suppliers to create long term value for company.
•Talent development and advancing TENNECO culture within team members.
QULIFICATION （任职要求）：
•Bachelor degree, major in engineering will be preferred.
•5-10 years of managerial experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
•Flunent in English speaking and writing.
•Good problem solving and negotiation skill.
•Strong organizational and project management skills
•Initiative, aggressive, and positive.
•Good honest personnel character and team player.
