协助财务经理管理公司整个财务方面的运作从而监督和优化工厂的财务绩效和竞争

Responsibility for

support finance manager manage the financial aspects of the operations in order

to guarantee and optimise the plant's financial performance and competitiveness·

确保财务信息的可靠准确To ensure reliable financial information·

协助财务经理进行内部控制Assistant financial manager internal control

主要任务The main missions of the role are:

· 按照集团的要求及中国和法国相关的财务规则保证工厂账目及财务信息的准确性

Guarantee the accuracy of the accounting and financial information for the plant according to the Group, Business Group and Division policies, including compliance with relevant Chinese and IFRS accounting rules;·

主导财务每月结账,并按时提交集团要求的报表Lead Finance monthly closing and submit financial report according to group request;

定义标准价格，审核材料价格，分析价格差异，提高工厂盈利水平Identify standard cost, check material purchasing price, analyse variance VS standard price and budget price, improve plant profitability·

参与项目控制，跟踪商务进展 Participate in program control, follow commercial progress;·

加强内部控制，确保遵循集团内控要求 Strengthen internal control, implement group internal control basic ·

负责存货的管理及分析 In charge of Inventory Management and analysis;

资格要求Qualifications:

理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:

教育背景/Education: 财务专业，本科及学历以上；Bachelor Degree in Finance·

经验/ Experience: 至少5年以上同等岗位经验；包括团队协作环境，成本管理、汽车行业优先Minimum 5years experience in an industrial environment including an experience in a program team，cost, automobile industry is preferred
