We are looking for a Warehouse Officer who can independently and accurately handle warehouse management related job.

仓库管理员能独立、准确地处理仓库管理相关工作。

We expect you proactively follow up pending steps, to have deep know-how in warehouse operation process and relevant knowledge.

Main tasks & Responsibilities / 主要任务和职责

According to the arrangement, carry out picking operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient stocking, communicate well with abnormal situations, and provide timely feedback.

根据安排，执行拣货作业，保证及时、准确、高效备货，对异常情况良好沟通、及时反馈

Verify the quantity, type, and labeling of the shipped products to ensure consistency between the delivery note and the order. Pack and label according to packaging requirements.发货产品的数量核对、种类及标识检查，确保出货单与订单的一致，按包装要求进行打包、贴唛。

Inventory the goods upon arrival, accurately register them, receive and store them safely, and assist with outsourcing processing, loading, and unloading.到货清点，准确登记，接收入库，安全堆放，委外加工装卸车协助。

Daily inventory cycle and annual inventory counting, If there is any deviation after counting, the reason for the difference should be investigated, and the book numbers should be adjusted to ensure that the accounts match the goods.

日常库存循环盘点及年度盘点。盘点后若有偏差，需追查差异原因，调整账面数字，保证帐物相符。

Ensure complete labeling and orderly placement of goods in the warehouse, keep the warehouse clean and orderly, and maintain good 5S, regularly inspect the implementation of 5S in the warehouse, daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse.

确保仓库货品标识完整、摆放有序，保持库房整洁有序，良好5S , 定期检查仓库5S推行情况，进行仓库日常清理和维护 。

Responsible for performing work standards for the warehouse, including management systems, operating procedures and workflow, etc.

负责执行仓库的工作规范，包括仓库的各类管理制度、操作规范及工作流程等。

Based on the characteristics and business features of the warehouse, plan storage locations; Improve the storage and handling environment of goods, and enhance the efficiency of loading and unloading goods;

根据仓库的特点及业务特性,进行仓库储位规划，改善货物的存储搬运环境,提高货物的装卸效率

Manage the inbound and outbound of various types of goods based on the principle of priority. Reasonably arrange the storage area based on the nature of the company's goods and determine the storage location of the goods.

各类货物的出入库管理, 做到先入先出的原则，根据公司货物的性质合理布置存放区域,确定货物的存放位置。

According to the work requirements, cooperate with the quality department to timely carry out quality inspection of the goods.

根据作业要求，配合质量部人员及时做好货物的质量检验工作;

Utilize scientific warehousing management methods to improve the utilization of various warehouse resources, reduce logistics and warehousing costs.

运用科学的仓储管理方法，提高仓库各项资源的利用率，降低物流仓储成本

To establish a ledger for incoming and outgoing goods and update the ERP system for incoming and outgoing goods in a timely manner.

建立货物的出入库台账，对于出入库货物及时进行ERP更新

Provide timely handling suggestions for the backlog of goods in the warehouse and notify relevant departments timely.

对积压在仓库的货物及时提出处理意见，并及时通知相关部门

Implement warehouse management system, fire prevention, theft prevention and other security precautions; Smoking, using fire, and randomly connecting electrical appliances are prohibited in the warehouse. Proper management of doors, windows, water, and electricity should be carried out during commuting.

落实仓库管理制度，做好防火、防盗等安全防范工作。禁止在仓库吸烟，用火，乱接电器，上下班做好门，窗，水，电管理工作。

Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

Bachelor’s degree.

大学本科

Logistics, Storage and Transportations related majors.

物流、储运等相关专业

5 years working experience, including 3 years warehouse management related experience.

5年工作经验, 其中有3年仓库管理相关工作经验

Have professional knowledge and storage methods in warehousing and storage.

具备仓储存储的专业知识以及存储方法

Familiar with the characteristics of enterprise related goods and able to propose corresponding storage methods based on the characteristics.

熟悉企业相关货物的特性，并能针对特性提出相应的存储方法

Holding a forklift special operation license and within its validity period.

持有叉车特种作业驾照，并在有效期内

Familiar with safety production regulations and self-protection knowledge.

熟悉安全生产规范及自我防护知识

Master warehouse management knowledge, familiar with goods stacking and padding techniques, and master the basic methods of goods classification, storage, and inventory.

掌握仓库管理知识，熟悉货物堆码、苫垫技术，掌握货物分类保管及盘点的基本方法
