财务分析员（外包）

Job Purpose

Perform analytics based on financial and business big data to provide insights through close collaboration with finance & business colleagues.

Act as:

1) trusted key finance point of contact for front-line business / financial data & reports;

2) team system expert to drive optimization, challenge status quo and embrace AI and other advanced technologies / tools.

Major Accountabilities

Service Delivery:

61 Collaborate with local BU finance and global finance team to provide solid analytics and insights on Region China performance

61 Support reporting cycles, ensure timely submission are met with accuracy

61 Act as team system expert to support upgrades / optimization / maintenance; and sup-port company-wide AI planning initiatives

61 Work closely with Business Excellence, Financial Reporting & Accounting, Internal Audit, Compliance and Sourcing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

61 Other ad hoc project from senior finance leaders / CFO

Ideal Background

Education: University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance

Languages: Local language plus English

Experience:

1. At least 3-5 years of finance-related experience, with strong logical thinking and analytical mindset, BPA experience is a plus

2. SAP knowledge and good Excel skills is required, Power BI is a plus

3. Strong communication skills

4. Proactive, open-minded and willingness to learn (both business and new digital/technical tools)
