We are seeking an experienced Amazon operator to grow our portfolio on the E-commerce platforms. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for managing order processing, inventory management, product catalog daily optimization and performance analysis to ensure compliance with Amazon's standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive sales growth. This role plays a pivotal part in scaling Music Tribe’s e-commerce business globally, if you are detail-oriented and passionate about E-commerce, we invite you to apply and contribute to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Manage E-commerce accounts, ensuring optimal performance on every key metrics including account health, listing optimization, advertising, promotions, market research and compliance with platform's policies.
2. Order Processing: Oversee order placements, confirmations, and shipping processes through Vendor Central or Seller Central.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with cross-functions to maintain optimal stock levels.
4. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business performance.
5. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, and vendor compliance.
6. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure product compliance with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to support overall business goals.
What You Bring to the Party:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree.
2. Experience: Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central operations or similar e-commerce platforms.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
6. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Fluent English.
