职位描述

Job Responsibilities
- Establish and refine comprehensive quality inspection standards and procedures for warehousing operations
- Model and optimize current processes to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
- Analyze inspection data and generate regular reports on quality performance. Use data-driven insights to propose and implement improvements to the warehousing process.
- Participate in the testing of the in-house IT platform to ensure alignment with business process requirements.
- Regularly review processes to ensure they are aligned with business goals and support overall efficiency.
- Ensure the warehouse operation complies with relevant industry regulations and internal policies. Participate in internal and external audits and take corrective actions as needed.
- Support and drive process automation initiatives to reduce manual workloads and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements that drive both efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that employees are fully informed about new or updated processes and are capable of implementing them effectively.
- Continuously assess the training needs of employees and update training programs as needed.
- Other tasks assign by the superior.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, logistics or English.
- 5 years of working experience with familiar position in logistics filed.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, logistical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various employees across departments
- Possess a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to withstand significant work pressure.
- Frequent travels to mainland China are required.
