焊接工程师

1. 确保莱歇公司耐磨堆焊产品服务和项目在供应商处的有效生产及运行

2. 负责监督耐磨堆焊产品的生产制造、技术开发及在线堆焊业务的现场服务项目

3. 作为莱歇公司技术代表，负责与供应商之间的日常沟通，维护并促进与供应商质的关系与合作，确保项目依照公司要求推进并落实。

4. 负责监督产品生产交付过程，确保产品符合莱歇公司的质量上限要求。

5. 负责耐磨堆焊产品相关的资源及费用控制，降低制造成本，避免返工及维修的发生。

6. 管理维护相关文档体系，确保工作档案的生成、归档符合公司的标准和制度。

7. 积极促进及参与公司的技术研发，促进耐磨堆焊产品全球业务的发展。

8. 遵循耐磨堆焊产品的战略和目标 。

9. 负责监督组织当地车间、服务中心和项目现场的产品生产及项目实施过程。

10. 通过高质量和可重复性的焊接过程，***限度地减少维修的发生率。

11. 通过技术营销和产品创新去支持业务发展 。

12. 组建并带领团队，保持团队成员的稳定性。

13. 为客户提供技术支持与服务，并积极协助解决技术问题 。

14. 通过开展，以帮助客户利用成本节约或其他优势来提高公司竞争力。

15. 记录服务问题，编写“技术笔记”，维护支持信息“知识库”，将信息发布到支持网站(白皮书)，并向致力于服务升级的研发团队提供客户反馈 。

岗位要求：

1. 焊接工程、材料科学、机械工程或冶金工程相关专业本科及以上学历。有焊接专业国际认证者或中级以上职称者优先。

2. 至少6 年及以上与焊接或堆焊行业相关工作经验。

3. 有优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力和良好的沟通和协作能力。

4. 有良好的领导焊接团队及下属经验。

5. 有良好的IT 经验，对工作空间和信息共享系统有了解的优先。

6. 有很强的组织力和解决问题的能力 。

7. 性格外向，善于与同事和团队互动。

8. 能够在有压力繁忙复杂的环境中工作并保持冷静。

9. 对业务有持续兴趣 。

Job Responsibilities:

1. To ensure the efficient running of the Pronamic services and engineering activities in this area

2. To lead the manufacture of PRONAMIC® parts, PRONAMIC® jobs in-situ and PRONAMIC® developments

3. To be the main point of contact between SanNai and Loesche, improving the relationship with Loesche

4. To develop and ensure the highest level of quality

5. To manage the resources and costs efficiently, minimizing the manufacturing costs, eg. By avoiding unnecessary repairs and rework

6. To manage the documentation systems, ensuring that job dossiers are generated and filed according to the company standards and systems.

7. To active engage with Loesche and develop new technologies, to benefit the Pronamic global operation

8. To follow the Pronamic strategy and goals

9. To organise efficient production processes within the workshops, local Service Centres and On-Site

10. To minimise the incidence of repairs, through high quality and reproducibility of the welding processes

11. To support business development with technical marketing, product innovation

12. Develop and retain a motivated team

13. Provide customer service and assist them with technical issues

14. Organise, run and report trials to help clients take advantage of cost saving or other benefits against our competitors’ services

15. Document service issues, compile 'tech notes', maintain 'knowledge bases' of support information, post information to support websites (White Papers) and provide customer feedback to R&D teams working on service upgrades

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering. M.Sc. degree and international certification by a Welding Engineering Institute is highly desirable.

2. Minimum 3 year proven successful experience within a manufacturing business related to Welding, Steelmaking, Joining, Cladding, or Hardfacing industry

3. Demonstrated understanding of business in general.

4. Good communication skills, at all levels. Excellent (language of the country), both spoken and written; Proficiency level of English is a must. Good leadership of welding team and subordinates.

5. A good IT literacy is essential. Additional knowledge of a workspace/information sharing system would be a plus.

6. High organisational and problem-solving skills

7. Outgoing personality, to interact with colleagues and Loesche.

8. In the habit of working in a busy and complex environment, staying calm under pressure
