Areas of responsibility
83 Accounting and closing process with timely internal/external reporting
会计和结账流程， 及时进行内部、外部报告
83 Total financial and performance reporting in a monthly management report
在月度管理报告中提供完整的财务和绩效报告
83 Prepare, participate in, and minute Performance Review Meetings (PRM) and BoD meetings

83 Total business planning and budgeting process

83 FX planning, execution, and reporting

83 Hydro internal ICFR execution and reporting, as well as SOP relating to Finance function

83 Follow up of financing, cash management, liquidity and capital needs and ensure that finance function has the necessary capacity/competence, and capability to fulfil its responsibility

83 Oversee and monitor controlling measures of alumina positions vs limits.

83 Oversee and monitoring controlling measures relating to all material exposures (counterparts, pricing mechanisms, etc.)

83 Follow up positions from a financial and risk perspective

83 Ensure that all necessary approvals have been given according to approved authorisation matrixes prior to entering into new commercial contracts.

83 Liaison with key stakeholders in B&A (Banxite & Alumina) Commercial and Corporate Finance

Qualifications
83 University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy
金融、会计或经济学学士学位
83 Experience from finance function in trading/commercial environment
具有贸易或商业领域的财务经验
83 Knowledge of alumina, international trade, and risk management
了解氧化铝、国际贸易和风险管理
83 Strong analytical capabilities

83 Attention to detail and ability to understand the total picture

83 Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and able to operate in a hectic work environment with peak loads
