2. Quality Management: Responsible for developing and implementing a quality management plan to ensure produced products meet quality requirements. Establish and optimize quality control systems, supervise quality inspections and testing procedures, promptly address quality issues, and propose improvement measures to enhance product quality.

3. Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop production plans and adjust it in a timely manner based on orders and the production capacity. Coordinate production line operations, assign production tasks, ensure smooth production processes to achieve production plan goals.

4. Materials Preparation and Inventory Management: Collaborate with the other workshop to timely procure necessary WIPs and equipment and ensure proper inventory management to meet production needs and minimize downtime.

5. Production Efficiency Enhancement: Analyze production data, optimize production processes, and improve production efficiency and utilization of production lines. Utilize strategies such as adjusting working hours, upgrading equipment, and implementing technological improvements to increase production capacity and output.

6. People Management: Participate in personnel recruitment, training, and management of the production team, establish and maintain an efficient team collaboration atmosphere. Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and guidance to motivate employees to perform at their best.

7. Cost Management: Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvement. Implement measures to control and reduce production expenses, such as optimizing resource allocation, regularly monitor and analyze production costs to ensure they are within budget and implement corrective actions when necessary.
