职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Visitor reception
2. Organize daily office maintenance and keep a clean & sound working environment
3. Order and manage daily office sundries (stationary, office commodities, water, coffee, milk, *** aid kit, name cards …)
4. Assist on foreign colleagues settle-down (rent and maintain of their apartments related affairs; open phone card, bank account; some other occasional assists …)
5. Support office manager on HR issues (employee attendance management, employee on boarding & offboarding issue; interview arrangement)
6. Parcel management: Show the couriers which respective shelf to place the parcel; Assisting foreign colleagues on their parcel sending; Custom clearance handling for international parcel from abroad
7. Staff Teambuilding activity support (Birthday celebrating for staff; annual dinner or other office big events organization support)
8. Other duties per required by office manager
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above
2. 1-2 year relevant experience preferred, excellent newly graduated also welcome
3. CET-4 or CET-6, fluent oral and written English
4. Good office software skills in Windows/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
5. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills; strong customer service sense
6. Team work spirit, hard-working and self-motivated
7. Positive work attitude, good communication and willing to accept challenges
