Senior Quality Engineer

1.Monitor and drive the improvement of production quality performance in the whole processes, including but not limited to FPY/DPPM.

2.Work with problem solving team when quality issues happen and drive the issues to be solved timely.

3.Dealing with customer complaints and analyze the customer return appliances in order to understand the issues and try to bring with tools to find out the root cause together with Technical Team.

4.Conduct necessary training or communication to improve the quality awareness at all levels in the company.

5.Participate ECN process and provide adequate evaluation to ensure ECN potential risks

are under control.

6.Participate and coordinate with AQE to ensure PFMEA effectiveness.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor degree or above, Engineering background is preferred.

2. At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing company.

3. Familiar with various kinds of quality tools and good at the implementation based situations.

4. Strong hands-on ability and willing to work under pressure.

5. Good English communication skills
