1. Main contact person to external IFM partner for hard service, take accountability of services delivery including building maintenance (e.g. Underground pipeline, building structure, roof system), maintenance and operation of fire safety system, , HV/LV power system.

2. Performance assessment of external IFM partner for hard service under global contract framework, KPI scoring, monthly audit.

3. Collect feedback from end users and provide improvement plan with verification of effectiveness.

4. Understand expected services level Vs. actual deliveries. Address services provider for corrections.

5. Budgeting, payment application, expenses approval, change order approval for hard services. Communication with global IFM team: input the local status, escalation for help when needed.

6. Ensure company policies and compliance requirement will apply to IFM hard service area, for example: CoC, fire safety, safety, ISO

7. Driving continuous improvement in IFM hard services area by develop data reporting, identify improvement opportunities. apply best practices in the industry or shared by other brother factories.

8. Prepare and provide hard services in IFM scope to new buildings.

Requirements

1. Marjory in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or engineering related,

2. 10 or above years' experience in equipment or facility management role;

3. Experience in multi-national companies in Part A or Part B;

4. Good communication skills, team player;

5. ISO internal auditor qualified;

6. Special quip./HVAC Management license;

7. Knowledge of lean manufacturing,

8. Proficient written and oral English

9. EHS related experience.
