供应链专员

1. 采购工作包括：寻找新供应商、管理现有供应商、协助处理国内外采购订单及跟进情况等。

2. 计划工作包括：根据需求和库存等综合情况，制定每周的生产计划，管理库存水平等。

3. 其他：针对内部&外部客户投诉等，从供应链的全局观协调处理各相关利益方之间的诉求与冲突，以最终达到成本精简和效率优化。

任职要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，供应链专业、商务等相关专业优先考虑。

2、 英语4级以上，听说读写能流利，英语可作为工作语言。

3、 熟练的办公软件处理能力，尤其是EXCEL等。

4、 1-3年工作经验，有相关部门工作经验，或有化工公司从业经验者优先考虑。

5、 情商高，思维灵活，良好的沟通能力，善于处理人际关系。

6、 关注细节，同时结果为导向。

7、 有持续学习和上进的意愿，且有一定的抗压能力。

Supply chain specialist

Job description: this position is responsible for assisting supply chain department smoothly operate in China branch, supporting head office and branches business in China and southeast of Asia. This job mainly will involve 2 departments: procurement and planning.

Work location: metro #9, near CAOHEJING development zone station

1. Procurement work: sourcing new suppliers, manage listed suppliers, handle and follow the procurement orders between China branch and related branches, etc.

2. Planning work: monitor sales demands, make reasonable production planning, manage products stock, etc.

3. Others: for internal & external customer complaints, from the overall view of the supply chain, coordinate and deal with the demands and conflicts between various stakeholders, and finally to achieve cost streamlining and efficiency optimization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain and business is preferred.

2. CET-4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, English as a working language.

3. Proficient OFFICE SOFTWARE processing skills, especially EXCEL, etc.

4. At least 1-3 years work experience, worked in related departments, or experience in chemical companies is preferred.

5. High emotional intelligence, flexible thinking, good communication skills, can handle different interpersonal relationships.

6. Attention to details and at the same time result-oriented.

7. Willing to continue learning and self-motivated, and have a certain ability to work under pressure.
