Project Manager

1.Management of projects according to customer requirements and Mubea internal standards (e.g. Process description U9)

2.Create and track project plan/schedule

3.Define project team and their responsibilities

4.Responsible for timely preparation of necessary project management documentation (e.g. PPAP, Quality Cate Reviews, etc,.) according to customer requirements and Mubea internal standards (e.g. Process description U9)

5.Establish, update and manage a project data files

6.Gather and share the project key information

7.Actively communicate with engineering production, logistics, sales, quality and purchasing departments

8.Organize kick off and regularly (weekly) project meeting and record meeting minutes

9.Follow up open issue list and find the related persons to solve problems

10.Communication with other Mubea locations to exchange project related information if necessary (e.g. for global projects)

11.Facilitate communication within the global team

12.Communication project status to the project team and appropriate management (reporting)

13. Presentation of general technical aspects to customers

14.Support sales acquisition activities regarding to OI.

15.Design calculation for Chassis products according to customers and internal requirements

16.Responsible for design, testing, prototype, industrialization

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, engineering background

2.3+ years' project management in automotive industry
