Process Quality Engineer 过程质量工程师（薪资面议)

1. Responsible for setting up and maintain the inspection plan for machining parts and finish goods to ensure PQC inspector can follow the plan to finish inspection task.

2. Responsible for ITP external party on site witness test implementation to ensure all finish goods are align with special sales orders.

3. Responsible for handling daily quality issue at machining workshop to ensure all quality issues are fixed in time.

4. Responsible for summarizing and reporting non-conformity status and quality performance to manager.

5. Responsible for managing process records, test reports and other documents to ensure the traceability system is effective to all products. *** article of casting and machining parts inspection and approval.

6. Responsible for training and supervising PQC inspector to ensure PQC inspector able to take their responsible.

7. Responsible for supporting LCD project related to process to ensure continual improvement of process quality.

8. Product certification and type test support.

9. Inspection & testing device management & calibration.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor with major of mechanical engineering related.

2. 3 years at least in machinery industry and quality position (area / position) ; preferred project management experience or valve industry quality management or machining working experience.

3. Fluent in oral and written English.

4. Have the experience of SAP.
