Sourcing Enginner

Location: Suzhou

Education: bachelor degree, Mechanical , Electircal&Electronics or Biomedical enginner /Medical instrument Major plus

English skill: good both speaking and writing

Familiar to PO Export &Import/sourcing operation process ,with practice (including shipping consolidation, invoice, packing , tax ，rebate ..)

Responsible , careful personal character , good at data analysis ,PPT skills ,

Acute business , and open mind ,good communication , extrovert personality , Strong Commercial Skills, Engaged, passionate and open for a long term commitment

Understanding the big picture but also having a detail and hands-on approach in order to achieve company goals.

Driving Customer RFQ ,sourcing &Quote activity , Familiar with /experience to factory MRO products&equipments sourcing/purchasing

Driving to Develop and improve sourcing activities/RFQ/QUOTE on operation plan and new project request according to policy & sourcing process.

Manage , maintain interco/External customers and suppliers relationship

Achieve regional sourcing goals on assigned products

Manage and negotiate supplier agreements, terms &conditions

Supplier rationalization - Work closely with both procurement and cross function to develop target product list and a preferred vendor list.

Sourcing/commodity productive management

Vendor/customer maintenance analysis

Build up excellent relations with customer network. Maintain and develop the customer base and acquire new ones. Continue improvement plan with key customers.

Responsible for pricing, costing, sales budgeting and customer terms and conditions
