职位描述
1. Supervise and drive the Dev-Com process from Tech-Pack receipt to initial production. Facilitate communication & collaboration with key stakeholders at all times to drive decision-making.
2. Ensure projects meet the brand & consumer needs and can be mass produced on time at targeted costs. Strive for continuous improvement in all areas of Dev-Com cycle.
3. Lead, develop and maintain productive, effective and professional relationships with peers, superiors, factories, and others. Always represent the company in a positive and supportive manner.
4. Lead & plan development and commercialization of projects according to seasonal calendars and cost/margin targets.
