YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and continuously optimize business strategies to ensure channel integration and business synergy.
Conduct market research to analyze the market potential and trends of different channels, providing data support and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Study changes in distributor business models and provide suggestions for distributor network layout.
Establish criteria for distributor selection and cooperation models, promoting the implementation of customized projects.
Deeply research changes in industry cooperation models and commercial policies, providing recommendations for optimizing channel management and incentive systems.
Monitor the development of relevant national policies (including access and industry), assess their impact on channels and procurement, and formulate overall strategic plans.
Support the VP in promoting the optimization of channel efficiency and the management processes and systems.
Assist the VP in promoting the implementation of strategic projects and cross-departmental collaboration.
WHO YOU ARE
A degree in business or a related STEM field is preferred
More than 2 years of consulting experience or over 5 years of experience in market, sales, business management, or RPM in a pharmaceutical company
Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Proficient in data analysis and business insight capabilities
Proactive, with outstanding teamwork and communication skills
Fluent in English
