职位描述

61Assisting customer in any quality related queries, communicate with customer or supplier about the product quality issue;
帮助顾客解答与质量相关的问题,就质量相关问题与客户或者供应商进行沟通;
61Finish all kinds of customer report related quality;
完成客户要求的各项相关质量报告;
61Within specialty fields, participation in the review of quality agreement, technology agreement and so on;
参与评审质量协议,技术协议等质量相关条款,提供专业建议和意见;
61Cooperate with customer project audit and following things till actions are closed, as requested by the Supervisor;
配合客户的项目审核活动以及后续的相关活动至问题关闭;
61Provide data and information to internal and external audit about project quality;
参与内外部相关项目质量的审核;
61Participation in the review of ECR;
参与评审工程变更评审活动;
61Participation in customer complaint management process after mass production; 参与处理产品量产后的产品顾客投诉;
61Continuous improvement on the product creative process to minimize the quality risks; 持续改进产品形成过程中的质量控制,并减少相应的质量风险;
61Provide materials for quality related trainings, and trainings on customer complaints, inspection standards;
提供培训中有关质量相关内容,实施客户投诉,检验标准等质量方面的培训;
61Assisting training and guiding daily work of project quality engineer, quality technician and inspector;
协助指导项目质量工程师,质量技术员以及检验员等的日常工作;
61Assist the supervisor to handle the related daily works.
协助主管处理日常相关工作;
61Other related work;
