客户支持经理 Customer Support Manager

1. Ensure positive customer support to customers, protecting the interests of Safran HE China and of the customers simultaneously to achieve a mutually beneficial win-win partnership approach

2. Monitor Customer satisfaction level and propose preventive and corrective actions in order to keep it at high levels

3. Define and establish strategies to enhance customer support on his/her allocated customer portfolio

4. Maintain and develop long-term relationship with existing customers, Trading partners and/or governmental representative agencies

5. Establish Short/Mid Term strategies to develop new business opportunities and/or new partnerships with customers

6. Identify new prospects and/or potential customers to develop Safran HE China Business (new engines, spare & retrofit engines)

7.Identify and Innovate new business models or commercial policies according to Chinese Helicopter market needs and expectations

8. Establish strong collaboration and communication with Corporate Business Support teams

o Adhere all Safran HE internal commercial policies and processes

o Consistent communication and exchange of Chinese helicopter Market trend/evolution

9. Collaboration within front office Team to develop Safran HE China business and achieve Safran HE China objectives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:

1. Possess at least 3 years of aviation experience with strong network within China aviation Market; preferably in helicopter market

2. Experience in customer service / project management

3. Fluent in Mandarin & English; Converse & Written
