船务主管

1. 根据销售业务需求，负责出口货物订舱，制作、审核报关资料，跟进货物清关，满足生产及成品交付；

Based on the import and export business demands of purchasing and sales, be responsible for booking shipping space for import and export goods, preparing and reviewing customs declaration documents, following up on the customs clearance of goods, and ensuring the produce and the delivery of finished products.;

2. 协调船公司、码头、客户等各方，确保运输流程顺畅；

Coordinate with shipping companies, terminals, customers and other parties to ensure a smooth transportation process.;

3. 处理报关、报检文件及异常情况应对，在合法合规的前提下，做出正确的处理；

Handle customs declaration and inspection documents as well as deal with abnormal situations. Make correct decisions within the framework of legality and compliance;

4. 根据海关法律法规和进出口监管要求，审核进出口资料及监管证件，确保进出口合规；完场相关证件的年检及申报工作；

In accordance with customs laws, regulations and import and export supervision requirements, review import and export documents and regulatory certificates to ensure compliance with import and export regulations; complete the annual inspection and declaration of relevant certificates ;

5. 在销售的需求下，给客户提供物流解决方案支持；

Under the demand of sales, provide logistics solution support to customers.;

6. 考核物流供应商，确保供应商业务保障能力和服务意识提升；

Evaluate logistics suppliers to ensure the improvement of their business support capabilities and service awareness.;

7. 根据财务要求，及时提供进出口业务相关合法凭据，保证出口退税申报合规；

In accordance with financial requirements, provide relevant legal vouchers for import and export business in a timely manner to ensure the compliance of export tax rebate declaration.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook & Excel. 良好的计算机技能，能熟练运用word, outlook 和Excel

2. Fluent English in oral ,reading and writing。

英语听说读写熟练

3. Good communication skills with the ability to work with different factories.良好的沟通技能，能和不同合作单位打交道（物流公司、海关、政府商务机构等）

4. Strong sense of responsibility, good team player and can work under pressure较强的责任心，乐于团队合作，能在压力下工作

5. 三年以上相关工作经验 Above 3 years for the relevant experience
