Mission/Position Headline:
Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain existing business , acquire
NEW customers, and drive revenue growth and market share. Renewing key large
EXISTING customers, workflow support , customer advocacy, partnership with BPs
to close key deals.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a targeted regional sales strategy to increase market
share, emphasizing reagent sales, contract renewal, and instrument upgrades,
while proactively coordinating resources to enhance customer satisfaction and
ensuring forecast accuracy.
制定并执行有针对性的区域销售策略,增加市场份额,强调试剂销售、合同续签和仪器升级。同时,积极协调资源,确保客户满意度提升,并保证预测的准确性。
2. Maintain close relationships with Key Accounts/KOLs and healthcare
industry-related departments/associates in the responsible region for long-term
business growth, with a focus on business retention, enhancing per-instrument
output and implementing strategies for business protection.与重点客户/KOL

3. Collaborate with business partner to execute the Go-To-Market strategy,

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer total solutions, combining
instrument sales with complementary diagnostic reagents to improve customer

5. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, government policy updates and
customer feedback to inform sales strategy and identify areas for improvement.

6. Adhere to company policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all

7. Provide timely information through CRM tools and complete necessary

Education and Experience
- At least 8 years experience in sales within medical industry. 在医疗行业拥有至少8
年的销售经验。
- Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features,
applications and advantages.对诊断产品及其主要特点、应用和优势有充分了解。
- College and above. 大学及以上学历。
- Major in Medicine or equivalent is preferred. 医学或相关专业优先考虑。
