Local Product Manager(外贸采购）

1.Develop and source new items requested by GCM and find the new suppliers according to requests.Pay attention to the quick response ;

2.Responsible for the quotation to customers and negotiation with both parties to get the order and be involved with signing the contract, amendaments and execution; according to exchange rate and RM,market,order volume to negotiate new prices;

3.Coordinate with merchandisers and QC to solve the compensation cases when the quality problems occurred, issue credit note and find action plan;

4.Monthly projects updated to dept. manager.Yearly work report, supplier contact info, project developed info, the sales report on the projects handled, general price list ,new clients development report need to be sent to dept. manager to assess the annual work.

5.To enhance communication with the global category manager and report to dept. manager related to the factory visit report or any data required in a timely manner;

6.Suppliers management and assessment;

7.Assist in QC when needed;

8.Other tasks will be assigned by dept. manager.

Qualifications:

1.College above,very good written and spoken English,CET 6 above or equal ;

2.5+ years related working experience in trading company;

3.Familiar with the rules of foreign trade;

4.Strong team spirit and good planning with can-do attitude, good communication skills and very good negotiation skills and judgement;
