？ Negotiate purchasing contract (in term of cost, delivery time, quality, lot size according to Logistic requirements), as well as purchasing contract renewal and routine follow-up.

？ Ensure the reliability of supplies and suppliers, per supplier performance appraisal system.

？ Implement relevant commodities’ cost saving actions.

？ Participate in localization project of current and new products

？ Digital skills, use Power BI/ Tableau for data analysis

？ Obtain the necessary & best resources to satisfy the company’s needs, at the best purchasing conditions (quality, delivery time, cost), for industrial commodity purchase

Drive plant productivity to meet target

Qualifications

Bachelor degree of Mechanical / Electrical (major) or commercial/marketing

3 years min. with similar work experience in similar industrial JV，ETO procurement experience is preferred.

Knowledge in cost calculations for parts

Knowledge of manufacturing process for parts

Knowledge of commodity industry, parts, technology and market trend.

Good understanding of Supply Chain solutions management practices and systems

Project management experience and skills

Strong Negotiation Skills

Supplier Quality / Logistic Audit experience

Strong technical and engineering background is a plus.
