2. Extract video features and apply them to the CVR prediction model of video ads, to improvethe performance of the model;

3. Analyze the user conversion funnel data model in video ads, find the bottleneck in theprocess that affects overall video ads conversion performance;

4. Build machine learning models, perform proof-of-concept, experiment, optimize & deploymodels into production;

5. Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analysis, machine-learning modeldevelopment, model validation and serving.Requirements and skills：

1. Master's or doctoral degree in statistical machinelearning/computer/automation/mathematics related fields;

2. 8+ years working experience in the engineering teams that build large-scale ML-driven userfacingproducts;

3. Experience with ML modeling techniques and approaches like transformers, self supervisedpre-training, generative modeling, LLMs, etc.

4. Have experience in data analysis, build data pipelines, forecasting and optimization;

5. Have experience in the whole process of A/B testing, include: experiment design, monitoring,analysis, decision-making;

6. Proficient experience with C++/java/Python backend programing skills, with good knowledgeof data structures/algorithms;

7. Smart and have strong project promotion ability;

7. Good team communication skills.Preferred:

2.
