IT Director-Business Operations

61 Partner up with the global, regional and site executives and leadership team by recommending and prioritizing digital investments and projects that support the regions strategic business initiatives

61 Design and develop digital strategies to simplify and standardize front and back office operation processes

61 Ensure alignment on solution, standards, resources, budget for project execution as well as achieving operation excellence.

61 Manage suppliers in terms of contract negotiation, service level fulfillment, development, deployment and operation support.

61 Develop, implement and lead digital talent management & succession strategies that support business goals and substantiality of the organization.

Qualifications / Skills

61 Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.

61 Minimum of 12 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology.

61 At lease 5 years of senior Regional leadership role in MNC

61 Rich experience with digital factory Industry

61 Strong experience of overall IT management especially covering multi-sites factories

61 Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP systems in the manufacturing industry offering complex configurable products.

61 Experience and knowledge in major ERP, CRM, CPQ, Data Warehouse, and BI systems and China local main stream digital system (SAP ECC/S4H, Salesforce, BW, Power BI, eCommerce, etc.)

61 Good knowledge in cloud technology (AWS, Azure).

61 Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

61 Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management

61 Excellent interpersonal, analytical as well as problem-solving skills.

61 Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels.

61 Fluent in English both spoken and written
