Quality engineer

• Review and approve supplier PPAP of part dimension result & trail run

• Lead to solve process quality issue and follow up

• Process quality performance monitor and continual improvement

• Lead EI meeting, review quality performance and follow up in daily FR meeting.

• Manage control plan and update in plex, Define inspection WI & quality documents

• Gage design, review and acceptation.PO4 samples build

• MSA define & result review, Calibration result review

• Second level Layer audit and coordinate task assignment of audit finding

• Outgoing report review. Product audits define &review product audit result

• Support customer audit, quality system audit, internal audit & findings follow up.

• Submit PPAP to customer and follow up

• Lead customer complaint analysis. QRCM coordinate & update . Customer return analysis status follow up

• Involve solving warranty issue

• Involve new program from quality side

• Support localization programs

• Other duties designated by supervisor

任职要求：

• Bachelor’s degree, Major in mechanical and/or relative, or above.

• 3 years or above latches related experience in the automotive OEM industry

• Involvement in the launch of new product

• Experience implementing IATF16949

• Experience in all aspects of quality (plant level supplier product development and launch customer Satisfaction and warranty issue

• Understanding mechanical and measurement process, GD&T, Gage design

• Good computer skill, proficient in English writing and speaking

• Possess good communication and organizational skills

• Possess good audit skill

• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan, SPC

• Good problem-solving skills.
