FAS-机械设计工程师

以客户为中心，根据杜尔标准，与团队高效协作，按期完成符合客户技术需求的总装车间设备设计工作。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of FAS equipment, including conveyors, marriage and automatic stations, in accordance with Dürr standards and customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of design outputs within the agreed timeline.

依据客户要求与杜尔标准，负责总装车间设备的设计工作，包括输送、合装与自动化站等部分，并按约定时间交付设计结果。

2. Support the production and project management teams in addressing technical challenges, such as understanding the manufacturing processes and proposing potential design optimization solutions, identifying the root causes of customer inquiries and resolving on-site technical issues.

协助生产与项目管理团队的工作，例如了解制作工艺并提出可能的设计优化方案，找到客户提出问题的根本原因，并解决现场技术问题。

3. Responsible for the internal cross-departmental communication and coordination related to assigned tasks, such as preparing procurement documents and supporting supplier technical reviews.

负责与所涉及工作内容相关的内部跨部门的沟通与协作，例如准备采购发包文件、支持供应商技术评审等工作。

4. Conduct the selection, calculation and verification of commodity components and cycle time calculation based on the overall layout design, to ensure compliance with the customer’s cycle time requirements.

根据整体布局设计，进行元器件的选型、计算与校核，并完成设备节拍计算，确保符合客户的节拍要求。

5. Participate in the proposal support of FAS equipment in sales proposals, and support the proposal review and solution optimization according to the customer requirements and Dürr standards.

参与销售方案中的总装设备方案支持工作，并根据客户要求和杜尔标准支持销售方案的评审和优化工作。

Qualification Criterion:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with Mechanic / M&E engineering and related majors

本科学历及以上, 机械/机电工程及相关专业

2. 3+ years of work experience, 1+ years of engineering related professional work experience

3年以上工作经验，1年以上工程相关专业工作经验

3. Familiar with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Microsoft office…

掌握AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Office办公软件

4. Fluent in English speaking and writing

英语听说流利

5. Good communication skills/execution skills/teamwork ability

良好的沟通能力/执行能力/团队协作能力
