1)Test optical components at benchtop alignment station, cooperate with SNV R&D team to validate optical components and summarize a report.

2)Support failure analysis for reliability test and take actions to improve performance.

3)Provide support for production lines to solve technical issues and enhance efficiency.

Education & Experience

61 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Optical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field; master’s degree is preferred.

61 The ideal candidate will have significant engineering or R&D experience

61 5+ years of hands-on experience in optical communications or related industries

Skills & Other Requirements

61 Deep understanding of optical component principles and performance: insertion loss, return loss, polarization characteristics.

61 Strong understanding of physical optics.

61 Excellent problem-solving skills: able to identify, analyze, and resolve complex optical issues.

61 Ability to process data and analyze.

61 Proficiency in optical design and simulation software is a plus.

61 Good communication and teamwork skills: able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.

61 Proficiency in English (written and spoken): able to read technical documents, communicate with international teams, and write technical reports in English.
