制程工程师-电源-应届生

1. 制定并实施新产品导入实施计划，与跨职能团队协调，在批量生产前解决制造障碍。

2. 开发新产品相关文件，如流程图、控制计划、PFMEA Sops等。

3. 根据研发文件准备预试生产机器和夹具清单，与供应商就具体的机器和夹具生产要求进行沟通，跟进状态并在新产品导入前对其进行资格认证。

4. 新工艺（包括新技术/设备）的设置和资格认证。

5. 提供新产品所需的标准操作说明、物料清单和其他技术文件，协助生产线设置、设备调试和维护、操作员培训。

6. 生产故障排除、问题分析和产量改进

7. 在新产品导入阶段收集和分析质量和效率数据，解决根本原因并加以解决，以顺利进行大规模生产

8. 如有需要，短期海外出差支持

岗位要求：

1. 电气/机械等专业本科以上学历。

2. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

3. 扎实的专业知识、精通电子电路

4. 专业、有组织、团队合作、灵活、热情和自我激励

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement NPI implementation plans, coordinate with cross function team to resolve manufacturing obstacles before mass production.

2. Develop new product related documents like flowcharts, control plans, PFMEAs Sops etc.

3. Prepare pre-pilot production machine and fixture lists based on R&D documents, communicate with suppliers on specific machine and fixture production requirements, follow up the status and qualify them before NPI build.

4. New process(Included new technology/equipment) set up and qualification.

5. Provide standard operating instructions, bill of materials, and other technical documents required for new products, assist with production line setup, equipment debugging and maintenance, operator training.

6. Production troubleshooting, issue analysis and yield improvement

7. Quality and efficiency data collect and analysis during NPI stage, address root cause and solve it to smooth mass production

8. Oversea travel per requested

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical etc.

2. Good English listening, writing & speaking.

3. Solid professional knowledge, proficient in electronic circuits

4. Professional, organized, teamwork, flexible, passionate and self – motivated
