AP & fixed asset accountant

61 Ensure purchase orders, goods receipt notes, value added tax invoices are matching before recording payment in ERP.

61 Communicate with the purchasing team to solve invoices and payment issues timely.

61 Reconcile the balance sheet accounts including down payment, goods received not invoiced, invoice received good not received, goods in transit monthly. Identify risks and solve the issues with stakeholders.

61 Prepare reports of account payable aging, goods received not invoiced, invoice received goods not received, goods in transit

61 Coordinate with the procurement team to proceed rebate, payment write off or back charge to vendor

61 Reconcile the payment statement with third parties and intercompany suppliers and resolve discrepancies

61 Arrange payments clearing, including but not limited to withholding tax, purchase orders etc.

61 Maintain vendors’ master data

61 Optimize payment processes which must comply with internal control beforehand.

61 Support external and internal auditing

61 Check and review non purchase order payments according to established procedures

61 Maintain fixed assets list

61 Drive accurate timely accounting for fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions.

61 Review employees’ reimbursement and ensure all reimbursement comply with internal policies.

61 Preferably have ERP knowledge of SAP or IFRS

61 Good MS Office skills.
