Responsibilities:
1.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns;
2.Lead and coordinate the team to effectively resolve client-related issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
3.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty;
4.Identify opportunities to increase order profitability and optimize the sales process;
5.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment;
6.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the supervisor
7.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business;
8.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights.
Requirements:
1.Familiarity with the printing industry, particularly book printing;
2.Proven experience in a similar role with a strong sales track record;
3.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
4.Proactive, customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills;
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
6.Strong organizational and time-management skills;
7.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
8.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
