Lingerie Merchandiser

1. Follow all sampling development process.

2. Review the tech pack with relevant teams and clarify with HQ colleagues when it's not clear.

3. Analyzing cost sheets and negotiation of prices with suppliers and find alternative if prices cannot meet based on tech pack to achieve the best price.

4. Monitor weekly production plan and shipment tracker with time and action plan, to anticipate issues and provide solutions with clear and transparent communication.

5. Support supervisor to shorten production lead time & weekly price negotiation to achieve margin coefficient.

6. Weekly meetings with related partners, such as production meetings with quality team & suppliers to follow on quality assurance, development meetings with designers, fitting meetings with HQ technicians.

7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

EXPERIENCE& QUALIFICATIONS:

· At least 3-5 years garment merchandising experience

· Experience in dealing with European customers

· Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English and local Language.

· Lingerie & Swimwear experience is preferred！
