Sales Application Engineer

What you can look forward to as Sales Application Engineer:

● Provide application and technical support for driveline systems (transmissions and axles) in industrial applications such as machine tooling, special vehicles, and automation.

● Lead technical communication and engineering management for customer projects.

● Support new project development and assist Sales in identifying and converting customer opportunities.

● Conduct field service activities including failure analysis and corrective actions with factory support.

● Deliver customer training and seminars to enhance technical competence.

● Maintain close collaboration with ZF engineering and service teams in Germany.

● Support sales execution aligned with product line strategy to achieve business targets.

● Participate in retrofit and small OE business development projects.

Your Profile as Sales Application Engineer:

● Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in the mechanical or automotive components industry.

● Hands-on experience with driveline systems, industrial automation, or technical services.

● Strong skills in pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including solution development and troubleshooting.

● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; adaptable to diverse work environments.

● Capable of coordinating with overseas factories for technical support and issue resolution.

● Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to draft technical documents and communicate across cultures.

● Proficient in MS Office; willing to travel domestically as required.
