1.ISIT project planning, management and implementation as per business requirement

2.AI and RPA project level 1 support；

3.Information systems Level 1 on ERP, HRIS, MES, PLM, QA, etc.；

4.Helpdesk management on end user support；

5.IT Assets management；

6.Fulfill regular data backup；

7.IT training/security/documentation/Misc management；

8.IT infrastructure admin on servers, network, policy and standards；

9.IT accounts/authorization control and management.

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree in a major related to computer or network engineering

2. End user information system and infrastructure support experience.

3. Experience with communication and collaboration systems (Google workspace or Office365).

4.Experience in VMware/Hyper-V

-5.Basic network technology and security knowledge (WAN, LAN, WLAN)；

6.Basic English communication skills in reading, writing, and listening；
