RESPONSABILITIES:

To have complete knowledge on beverage / service provided by Café Dior

Follow all Café Dior service standards

Insure the smoothness of the drink service

Mise en place and setup the bar and cafeterie following standards

Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude

Ensure that all materials, equipment and furnitures are properly used and regularly cleaned

Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction

Relay information to captain and supervisor

Maintain consistency in quality of service and drinks provided
