外贸跟单员

1. 处理采购订单（PO），包括订单确认、指令传达及跟踪落实；协助采购跟踪订单执行情况；

Process purchase orders (PO), including order confirmation, instruction communication, and follow-up; assist procurement in monitoring order execution;

2. 跟踪生产进度，协调订单事项；及时更新每日、每周、每月的生产进度表及生产状况，并记录和更新年度生产记录；

Track production progress, coordinate order-related matters, and update daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules; record and update annual production data;

3. 根据工厂生产效率和装船日期，协调和跟踪物料及生产进度；

Coordinate and monitor materials and production progress based on factory efficiency and shipping dates;

4. 跟踪采购合同的执行情况，包括下单、确认包装细节、确认产前样品和验货进度；

Follow up on the execution of purchase contracts, including order placement, packaging details confirmation, pre-production sample verification, and inspection progress;

5. 熟悉各类进出口许可证的办理手续，并根据实际出口需求，通知供应商开具发票资料和开票合同；

Be familiar with the procedures for various import and export permits and issue invoice details and billing contracts to suppliers based on actual export needs;

6. 核对供应商发票，确保数据准确；

Verify supplier invoices to ensure data accuracy;

7. 完成领导安排的其他工作；

Perform other tasks assigned by the management;

8. 整理客户资料，负责出口统计及相关工作；

Organize customer information, manage export statistics, and handle related tasks;

9. 负责相关销售协议、合同等文件的存档管理。

Manage and archive sales agreements, contracts, and related documents.

职位要求 / Job Requirements：

1. 熟悉外贸流程，有相关跟单工作经验者优先；

Familiarity with foreign trade processes, with prior experience in merchandising preferred;

2. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够高效跟踪订单及生产进度；

Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently tracking orders and production progress;

3. 熟练使用办公软件，具有一定的数据处理能力；

Proficiency in office software with basic data processing skills;

4. 英语良好，能与客户及供应商进行有效沟通；

Good English proficiency to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers;

5. 具备较强的责任心和团队合作精神。

Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
