职位描述
主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
61 供应商质量工程师负责发展供应商QCD绩效，并协助量产采购员组织和跟踪关键供应商的质量体系和绩效。The Supplier Quality Development Engineer is in charge of developing supplier QCD performance for a defined list of suppliers. He/she supports the series buyers to organize and follow-up the quality systems and performance of critical suppliers.
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
61 推动供应商质量工具部署;
Promote the deployment of quality tools at Suppliers.
61 从供应商评估、项目或量产升级等方面确保/组织并协调相关供应商发展;
Ensure/organize and coordinate the related Supplier Development actions, based on inputs from assessments, Program or Series escalation.
61 对质量问题多的供应商实行提升或者收敛计划；
Carry out improvement/convergence plan with Red list Suppliers (as defined from red list or requested by commodity).
61 通过供应商发展活动提升专用供应商的QCD表现；
Improve the QCD performance for the list of dedicated suppliers through Supplier Development activities.
61 根据佛吉亚标准进行供应商绩效评估，协助采购工程师制定有效的行动计划；
Perform assessment according to FAURECIA standards and supports the Commodity buyer to obtain efficient action plan.
61 对供应商培训佛吉亚工具：QSE/8QB,PSE及其他相关工具；
Train the suppliers to FAURECIA tools: QSE/ 8 Basics, PSE and others .
61 推荐项目和量产的供应商选择；
Give recommendations for supplier selection in programs and series.
61 完成上级交代的其他任务；
Complete other task assigned by manager.
资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望（最低）/ The ideal candidate will have/be（minimum）:
61 教育背景/Education: 大专学历以上,理工科专业优先。College Degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical
61 经验/ Experience: 至少3年以上工业制造供应商质量方面经验，汽车行业优先Minimum 3 years experience in an industrial manufacturing supplier quality, automotive industry is preferred
61 语言能力/Language: 英语阅读能力较好 Skilled reading English- ability
61 技术和能力/ Skills and competencies: 所有技术和能力项：最低要求为熟练Skill&Competencies required for all level of positions (minimum of talent)

61 熟悉并掌握IATF16949相关培训课程Familiar with and master IATF16949 related training course
