海运运价管理 / Sea Freight Procurement

该职位负责协助货运部门的日常业务活动。负责确保日常运作的顺畅，协调客户和供应商。

b. Providing clerical and operational assistance to the freight department. Clerical function includes invoicing, completion of documentation, arranging of transport, liaising with customers, suppliers, government authorities and interstate/overseas offices and posting of invoices.

为货运部门提供操作及各项相关协助。工作包括***，完成文件，安排运输，与客户，供应商，政府机构和海外办事处联络，并邮寄发票。

c.Follow up and close transactions with the CHA and Transportation Team, as per the schedule provided by the Sales Coordinator/Sales Team.

根据销售协调员/销售团队提供的船期表，跟踪并与代理保持密切的联系。

d.Closure of transaction in system including follow up for vessel arrivals, date updates etc

Efficient in handling documentation and tracking.

注意更新货运系统的ETA 及日期更新，有效地处理文件和跟踪货物。

e.Provide necessary status updates for import shipments to the Import Team

为进口部门提供有效的进口货物状态更新

f.Prepare and circulate daily updates on planned shipments, cleared shipments and pending/delayed shipments

对于每日的计划出货，结束货物和等待/延迟出货的更新

g.Update and follow up the entries and closures for various approvals in the system/ to the team.

更新和跟踪系统中各种项目

h. Responsible for sea freight procurement, maintain close communication with carrier companies, and strive for the most competitive prices for the company;

负责海运运价采购，与船公司保持紧密的沟通，为公司争取最有竞争力的价格；

i. Maintain good business relationships with existing customers and update company product information in a timely manner;

维持与现有客户的良好业务关系，及时更新公司产品信息；

j. Responsible for developing overseas agents/client/daughter company, maintaining long-term cooperative relationships, and providing quality services;

负责开发海外代理/客户/分公司、维护长期合作关系，提供优质服务；

k. Coordinate the work of relevant parties to ensure the smooth implementation of the project;

协调相关方工作，确保项目能够顺利实施；

l. Other tasks assigned by the leader or management

领导交代的其他任务。
