Engage key stakeholders to develop L&D strategy and roadmap with clear deliverables and learning outcomes

Support learning needs analysis

Professional Skills and Competencies

Partner with Business Units and Functions to develop and implement general professional skills training programs

Leverage and partner with external training providers to roll out professional skills training program where appropriate

Learning Platform Management

Increase learning platform usage through relevant L&D campaigns

Increase LinkedIn Learning usage through course curation and recommendations

Partner with Corporate L&D and HR Learning Champions to reinforce self-directed learning culture

Set up channels in the learning platform to support learning and development needs

Leadership Development Programs

Program manage all BlueScope China leadership development programs

Review training vendor and support selection process

Partner with assigned training vendor to customize training content in accordance with BlueScope China business strategy, Our Purpose, Our Bond, How We Work and learning objectives

Strategic Organizational Development Initiatives

Review competency framework and models

More About You

Experience required:

3-5 years’ cumulative experience working in a Centre of Excellence - Learning & Development role

Experienced working in a Centre of Excellence - Learning & Development role

Experienced working in an international or MNC environment

Experienced designing and creating learning programs and campaigns

Consulting background advantageous

Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, such as HR, business, social sciences, psychology, organizational behavior

Other requirements:

Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written

A strong growth and learning mindset

Strong communication and presentation skills

Able to engage and influence stakeholders of different seniorities and background

A professional and customer-oriented mindset

Strong agility and adaptability

Proficient in Microsoft programs
