职位描述

1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the plant's facility systems (power system, HVAC, fire protection, water supply and drainage, compressed air system, process cooling water system, etc.) to ensure the stability and safety of system operation and compliance;

2. According to company requirements, formulate and implement the maintenance plan for plant facilities, and be responsible for formulating SOPs for plant facilities and training technicians

3. Based on the operational management goals of the company, establish and improve the operational management system documents and SOPs related to positions in the facilities department to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facilities department;

4. Complete the full process of construction management for new and expanded projects at the factory;

5. Prepare and execute the department's budget to ensure the rational use of the budget;

6. Continuously improve the stability and safety of facility systems from a professional and factory perspective, and formulate energy-saving measures to continuously reduce operating costs;

7. Record operational data and repair information for plant facilities to ensure the completeness and traceability of system operational parameters;

8. Manage and implement the security work of the factory area

9. Provide technical training for facilities department staff to enhance the team's service ability and work efficiency;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leadership;Qualifications

岗位要求：

- College degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical Integration Specialty

- Above 10 years’ experience in automated production equipment maintenance and above 5 years’ experience in management position, preferably in non-standard automated equipment in auto industry.

Skills:

- Good knowledge of quality management systems (IATF16949 or

- ISO9001).

- Good Knowledge of EHS regulations.

- Have a good command of the operation and fault-removal of power systems, air compressor systems, process cooling water systems, fire protection systems, and water supply and drainage systems; be proficient in the use of PDCA, FMEA, and 5S related management tools;

- Be able to independently analyze and judge problems with facilities and propose solutions quickly; have strong hands-on skills;

- Have a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness; be proficient in using office software and CAD software;

- Be able to complete work independently and have good communication and team cooperation skills;

- Have at least 8 years of experience in facilities maintenance work in foreign enterprises;

- Have a high-voltage and low-voltage electrician certificate is preferred.
